Happy Birthday Phelan! I saw a little girl in the office the other day with her dark hair in a pony-tail to the middle of her back, ivory skin and a big Irish forehead. I told her she looked like my niece Phelan and that you were a catalog model when you were a child. She thought that was cool. I told Monica you look Greek in that picture. Have a great day!
Emily, the other day a lady came in to the office in her pajamas, drinking coffee. She had a beautiful smile and golden hair and I told her she looked like my sister-in-law Emily. Jim, the other day a guy came into my office, leaned back against the counter, and breathed out an alcohol-laced cloud. I told him he looked and smelled like my brother-in-law Jim. I'll keep searching for more look-alikes.
Phelan, her boyfriend and my girlfriend (on me) all went to brunch yesterday for her birthday. It was a place called Bin Wine Café where they serve flights of Mimosas and Bloody Marys. I had chicken has with scrambled eggs. Everybody else had breakfast pizzas. We left with full stomachs and a mild buzz. It was fun.
Our waitress was stocky, blonde haired woman. I told her she reminded me of my friend from high school, Bob Farrell, who is now a fire jumper and avid game hunter in Wyoming. She wasn’t flattered. So I stiffed her on the tip.
thanks everyone! i feel good. my beeday was neat. brunch was giggly with bubbly. i then reposed in the shade of my own plum tree for the luxury of afternoon napping. i was given lots of polaroid film (they've stopped making it now!!!). then i practiced with eyesearsnose (we have a show tonight at a place called The Hungry Brain) and they gave me some rare LPs of my fav artist souixsieSue. then i had a beedaybeeque in my friend's backyard with 3 kinds of meat and a cookie cake. it was great. i wish you all had been there. love, phelan
