People, I need your help. I need to take dinner to a sick friend's family Wed and Thurs. I am bringing soup, salad and bread Wed. What can I do for Thursday?
It pretty much jives with a national study I was shown by someone in our HR department. The study said that 40% of large employers intend to employ fewer full time employess once (and if) Obamacare is enacted. If fact, many employers are going to make current, full time employees part time employees.
It only stands to reason. Especially in the service industries where margins are always tight.

Monica, that's a pretty awful sweater. Happy birthday!
Happy birthday Monica! It's cold out, might be time to pull that sweater out again!

Lasagna? Enchiladas? Pork adobo.
Ever have one of those echilada casseroles (Hot Dish for you, Em)?
Basically it's like making a lasagna only corn tortillas instead of the noodles and Enchilada sauce instead of the tomato sauce.
Google some recipes. Easier than lasagna and mighty tasty. Travels well too.

Emily I was going to suggest some kind of casserole or goulash. Easy and hardy.
Monica
not hardy, hearty.
Monica
baked ziti. Easiest "casserole" ever.
So, what did you make?

There are other avenues to saving on insurance.
Our plan has a $12,000 family out of pocket. That means we pay full price for EVERYTHING until we meet that $12,000 limit. After that we pay 20 %.
Very expensive for vials of insulin, needles, etc.
And yet, some feel contraceptives should be competely covered.

Happy Birthday, Monica!
