Say if anyone would like to get together this summer and go to a Twins game, here are some possible dates: Sat June 18 vs. SD, Sat and Sun July 2 or 3 vs Milwaukee (holiday weekend), July 16 vs. KC, Sat Aug 6 vs. CWS. So think about it. Open invitation for anyone who would like to come. Not sure how quickly tix sell but everyone seems to love the new Target Field. Or you could come and skip the game. I think tix start at $26.
Donny DOES look mature in this pic...so handsome. Tonight, we had frozen pizza/B-Day pie and cards/gifts. Tomorrow night, we're going to his B-Day dinner selection...Dave and Buster's. The reason for waiting is bc on Wednesdays D&B has 1/2 off video games...WOOHOO...the boys are very excited. :-) Thank you for your birthday wishes.
P.S. The reason "why" his polo is not ironed is bc he changed his mind (which shirt to wear) at the last minute...I'm really working at not letting it bug me, ha! :-)
Went to Target this evening with Molly and Mia and Oscar, which was actually kind of fun, especially at the end when they each got to spend a dollar in the dollar aisle (foam swords, battle axes and maces for a dollar, imagine!) and then on the way home, BAM I hit a deer. It was big enough to stretch across the whole front of the car. It freaked the kids out a little because it was such a loud noise and there was this dramatic silhouette on the windsheild. Fortunately the car kept going and it's the one that we're selling to the junkyard Thursday. I called the police and told them there was a deer on the road.
I think Mia had a little trouble digesting the fact that you can hit a deer and than just drive home without DOING something about it. She asked me if I was sure it was dead. Oscar was telling his dad all about it as soon as we pulled into the driveway.
We saw a real funny play last night in Algona and then after we went to the Perky Parrot, and the cast came also. I talked for quite awhile with one of the stars. and he knows Mandy Pantinken because he was on Chicago Hope with him...he said he never asked him to declare "I am Anigua(sp???) Montoya, you killed my Father...prepare to die!"...my favorite movie.
Hi, I'll be packing this computer in a little while because we are heading back home tomorrow morning. Patsy is driving up here from Boca Raton (about 45-50 miles each way) to take us to the airport. We expect to land in Fort Dodge about 8:45 tomorrow night. We hope the temperature is at least 75 degrees. Dad

Have a great Birthday, Donny!
You do look very mature - and handsome.
I'm going to a wedding Friday and so I am just starting to grow a big painful pimple right on the end of my nose.
Have a great day Donnie! What do you want? You do look very grown up in this picture!

Oh no! How scary. I'm glad no one was hurt. What did Oscar and Mia have to say about it?

Oh dear Cathy! Glad no one was hurt.
It's our anniversary today...37 years!

Oh, is that your favorite movie? Happy Anniversary!
BRAVEHEART...PRINCESS BRIDE...they are both my favorite movie...depends on what mood I'm in!
They both take place in simpler times. Haha
They should merge those two movies and see what happens.
