So myself and a couple of guys at work are going to do the P90X thing. I will keep you posted.
I'm nervous. I'm really, really lazy but at the same time I'm vain. My vanity is the only onus for trying to lose weight and get is shape. That's not one of the Seven Deadly, is it?
Tom, I hope you're prepared to do a lot of pushups and pull ups. I've done that workout (dropped 30 lbs doing it), and it is tough. The diet part is the hardest part of it to stick to. Frank
