Sam had a few buddies from preschool over. We gae him a set of little 2 inch nfl team helmets. He spends a lot of time lining them up with his football guys. And he got a dinosaur toy. His favorite things right now are football, dinosaurs, and Army guys.
Em, are your guys going to get depressed after the Super Bowl? I always feel sort of sad and empty after the World Series. And it has nothing to do with the Mets or the Cubs.
Monica, we leave early on the 14th from Omaha with Caitlin...fly into Atlanta and get a rental van, grab Phelan from Athens, drive down the coast to Jupiter and then the next morning head to Captiva Island...we won't be back in Algona until the 24th or 25th!!!! Can't wait for the wedding, I've just finalized the menu for the sunset cruise dinner on Friday night.
p.s...on the way back we'll spend another night with Mom and Dad and then up the coast to Savannah for a night and then to Athens for a night and then fly back out to Omaha...do you want to come with us?
