An international market all in one building.
At Global Market, it's a fast-food world, and that's good
BY KATHIE JENKINS
The old Sears building is open again. The Lake Street landmark is now a food emporium, offering locals a place to graze for groceries. Midtown Global Market at Lake Street and Chicago Avenue in Minneapolis includes meat and fish purveyors, bakeries, coffee shops, organic and other specialty grocers and about a dozen prepared-food stalls.
Although the emphasis is on quick consumption, this is not your run-of-the-mill fast-food court. The calamari tacos (La Sirena Gorda) come with chipotle dipping sauce. Tamales (La Loma) are made from scratch, hand wrapped in corn husks Mexican-style or in banana leaves Oaxaca-style. Rotisserie chickens are available to eat in or take away (Holy Land Deli), and the malts (Andy's Garage) are hand packed.

What is "Oaxaca-style"?
That means doggy-style.
Why did "Anonymous" answer his or her own question?
I think Anonymous has a split personality.
No I don't, you do.
Stop the drunk blogging.
For The Record:
Lisa and her sweet, little (Randy isn't coming) family have snagged Eli's room for this weekend.
